Art for the Heart is Maricopa's premier arts & fine crafts festival and charity fundraiser benefiting the American Heart Association via reservation fees and public donations.

I understand me/a representative must be present at my booth/truck/space during the entire festival.

There is no charge for food vendors! Thank you for being a part of our festival.

I understand Art for the Heart, Maricopa High School, MUSD#20, Copper Sky, The City of Maricopa and all their associates/representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of works, set up/break down materials, persons, effects, or property.

I understand that fireworks, flames, alcohol, or any weapsons are strictly prohibited on grounds.

I understand that as a vendor I need to provide my own set up/break down materials, tables, chairs, tents, ect.

I will submit at least 3 and no more than 5 photos of our food choices, logo, truck image available for advertisement purposes, or I consent to the use of images provided online to the public for advertising use. Submit to art4heartaz@gmail.com.
